Thank you for your the request! You will be notified closer to the event date your housing results. Housing is not guaranteed but the housing committee for SoFleX will be sure to notify you as soon as possible if no housing was found, to allow time for other lodging to be secured.

But right now we have spaces available, so don’t be concerned

Housing will only be assigned to paid registrants in the order of payment receipt. So it is possible that you could lose your spot if you wait too long.

We have limited housing available this year so this is the fairest way.
